5 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

All Sycamore Lighting products carry a minimum guarantee period of one year (excluding lamps as per industry standard).
The rights & benefits under this guarantee and this extended guarantee are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected.
Please keep your receipt as proof of invoice.
Sycamore Lighting will extend the guarantee period of the products listed below from 1 year to 5 years.
To obtain this extended guarantee, please complete the attached form and comply with the conditions set out below.
The period of this extended guarantee commences on the date of purchase.
The extended guarantee is only valid if the date of purchase is confirmed by the original receipt issued at the time of purchase.
If Sycamore Lighting does not have proof of the date of purchase then you will be liable for the costs of any replacement, unless these are covered by the minimum one year guarantee.
During the period of the extended warranty ,Sycamore Lighting will replace the lighting fitting (not any associated PSUs) if it suffers a complete failure due to a result of material or
manufacturing fault provided that;
1.We are promptly informed of any problem.
2.The product has been installed by a qualified Electrician.
3.The product has not been altered or modified in any way.
4.The product has not been misused in any way ( connection or operation to the wrong power supply unit)
5.The product has not been previously tampered with or repaired by anyone other than an authorised Sycamore Lighting representative.
No rights are given under this warranty to second hand products.
In the event of making a claim under the extended warranty, the product must be returned in its original packaging (if possible), and with the original proof of purchase receipt.
Carriage and return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by this warranty.
If the defective product is no longer available, a product of similar quality and specification will be provided.
Any replaced product will be guaranteed on the above terms for the unexpired portion of the extended warranty.
To take up this extended 5 year guarantee, please fill in all parts of the downloadable form and return to the address below within 90 days of purchase.
